Work With Me
At some point in every organization, someone looks around and says, “Why is this so complicated?” That’s usually the moment where I enter the conversation.
I’ve spent a large part of my career watching how work actually happens.
Not the version people write about in strategy documents. The real version. The one with too many meetings, confusing processes, and at least one person quietly keeping everything from falling apart.
That perspective has taught me a lot about how teams function, how support really works, and why thoughtful systems matter.
Now I share those lessons through speaking, consulting, and workshops for organizations that want to work a little smarter and a lot more human.
Speaking
Sometimes the fastest way to change how people think about work is to talk about it out loud.
My talks explore what actually keeps organizations functioning day-to-day.
The relationships, the communication, the decision making, and the people paying attention to the details everyone else assumes will somehow handle themselves.
Audiences leave with a clearer understanding of how support systems work, why thoughtful collaboration matters, and how a little more awareness (and trust) can make work feel significantly less chaotic.
Consulting
The problem is not always the people. It’s the way the work has been set up.
Consulting sessions focus on untangling the systems and habits that quietly make work harder than it needs to be. Delegation, communication, expectations, and the relationship between the people leading the work and the people supporting it.
Together we figure out what is working, what is not, and how to build something that actually makes sense.
Workshops
Workshops are where things get practical.
These sessions bring leaders, administrative professionals, or both into the same room to talk honestly about how work happens every day and how it could work better.
We focus on communication, expectations, collaboration, and the small adjustments that make support partnerships stronger and teams more effective.
Workshops can be delivered remotely or in-person and can be tailored for organizations, conferences, and leadership groups.
